Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Psychology Concentration. Tricia has a Master's Degree in Social Work.
Tricia is a Reiki Master, who completed all her certifications at the
Kripalu Center For Yoga & Health. Tricia trained under Libby Barnett in the Usui Systems of Reiki Healing.
Tricia is a Certified EFT Practitioner through EFT International.

I saw so many people offering EFT online but was incredibly leery of this whole process. I met Tricia on Instagram and felt an instant connection to her.
The first thing that stood out to me was her authentic and genuine personality. No pretense! I quickly decided to schedule a session with her and it’s been a total game-changer for me.
I struggled with anxiety for the past 3 years since being in a very hard marriage and then going through a tough divorce.
Since my sessions with Tricia, my anxiety has virtually disappeared and I gain deeper and deeper clarity about my life with every session.
I’ll never go without the process again. More importantly, I’ll never go with anyone else for this process except for Tricia.

I wanted to share a little of what i felt when you were doing EFT with me. Thinking of something that caused a negative reaction when thought about definitely elevated my feelings about it. Heightened my awareness to a point where i held my breath as if to say " Here comes the wave" if you hold your breath maybe it will pass you by quickly and then you can exhale and move again after the wave. When we were tapping and verbalizing it definitely took the charge away. For me, it was almost immediate. I was in the present and realized this is only an issue if I stay rooted in it! Don't get stuck in the sand, wade! Keep moving forward.
I absolutely didn't know what to expect from EFT, or tapping. My experience with Tricia was eye-opening. We started off working on what I thought was an issue or a concern for me.
